Alvin Hargrove appeals his convictions and sentences for resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Because the State failed to present sufficient evidence to support Hargroves convictions for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, we reverse those convictions and the corresponding sentences. Our reversal renders Hargroves challenge to the jury instructions on these two offenses moot. We affirm without comment Hargroves convictions and sentences for resisting arrest with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer.
