The trial court set it aside on that ground and the grantee has appealed. Ida May Hoefflin, a widow, owned a tract of land in Oklahoma, several lots in Wichita, and a quarter section of land in Anderson county. We are concerned here with only the last-mentioned tract. She had two adult children, Laverna E. Holcombe and Kenneth G. Hoefflin. Laverna lived in Los Angeles, California, and Kenneth lived in Globe, Arizona. Their mother, Ida May, also lived in California and about one mile from Laverna's home.
